Nothing shortens the life of equipment more than neglect. The cost of repairing worn or damaged parts can be costly. Unfortunately, many people leave things until the damage has been done.

We appreciate the cost of purchasing air conditioning and refrigeration equipment is costly, but with regular maintenance the lives of the units will be considerably prolonged.

Companies must have equipment containing F-Gas refrigerants regularly checked for refrigerant leakage. All relevant plant must be clearly labelled and maintained and comprehensive records kept. Records must be made available for inspection by enforcement officers.
Since July 2009, it has been a legal requirement for all businesses who install, maintain or service stationary refrigeration, air-conditioning and heat-pump (RAC systems) equipment that contains “F gas” refrigerants to hold a Company Certificate issued by an appointed Company Certification Body.
All our engineers are trained to the required standard and meet the requirements of the legislation. We do this in order to help you and other companies properly maintain your equipment and stay within the law. We have also introduced a system to assist you in meeting your obligations for labelling and record-keeping required by law.
